Very quaint unique hotel with a great outdoor seating area for cocktails, beer or some food. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious with lots of toiletries if needed. We really like towel warmers as well. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of options to select from. Most of us used the juice maker to have fresh fruit juice along with our coffees. The service was very good for breakfast. We did have dinner at the on-site restaurant and while the prices were a little high our dinners were all exceptional (along with the dessert we had as well).

It is a very pretty boutique hotel close to the airport but far enough away not to get the noise. It was very quiet even though it was on a busy street. Some of the rooms are overlooking the courtyard which would make it even more so. It’s near many shops and restaurants . The neighborhood seemed very safe. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The large bathroom had a very nice big shower. The courtyard restaurant was lovely with a great menu and very pleasant staff. At check-in the staff was very helpful and made sure we had an airport shuttle arranged for our next day flight. The shuttled arrived at the exact time which gave a good start to our long day of travel. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Basel.

My goodness, this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, Mary, at the reception desk was extremely friendly, professional and so personable. She accommodated us with an early check in, fabulous room and escorted us to our room. What a pleasant and unexpected experience. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know. Hope you get booked in room 101 for your stay. Fabulous. Breakfast was delightful too.

Beautiful hotel, full of personality. We loved the books and family photos every where. Very helpful, friendly receptionist, lovely large clean comfortable room, great shower. We liked the coffee machine in the room and the big dressing gowns. Transfers to and from the hotel.were a big plus. Breakfast was very good. We did not have time to use the spa but would reyurn and hope to do so then. Restaurant was fabulous, great food and amazing service from Piere

We were greeted so sweetly with a Madeleine treat for each of us when we checked in. The hostess even showed us to our two rooms. The decor was so nice and charming. Best bathtub ever! I regret that we only stayed one night, but we will definitely be back! Also, I accidentally left my Birkenstock sandals and when I called a week later to see if the hotel found them - they were responsive and sent them to me. So kind and so professional.

We booked this hotel because we were stuck at Basel airport due to a car hire issue. I looked up options on booking.com with filters, this place looked very nice, but we didn't realise it also had an excellent restaurant and the friendliest staff. The whole thing made a bad situation into something really delightful and we can't believe our luck.

Very polite and welcoming staff, always ready to help. Thank you for making this stay very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious with good variety of food. The room was nice and clean with a spacious bathroom. It was pleasant to have a free shuttle to the airport on our last day of stay (it needs to be booked beforehand).

We enjoyed our one-night stay at this charming hotel. Great staff at all stages: excellent pre-arrival communication, smooth late-night check-in, cordial shuttle driver from Euro airport. Cozy bed in quiet room with all the modern amenities. Delicious breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to Saint Louis SNCF the next day.

Charming room and hotel. Loved the "welcome" biscuits when we checked in super late at night. Hotel also arranged a taxi for us to the airport for an early flight. Great place to start our trip -- only wish our flight was later so we could have tried the breakfast

Everything was good, very cozy room, located in the heart of the city Saint Louis. I will definitely recommend it! * you should really take a box of Madeleines on your way home😍
